An outbound-link  is a link from your website to another website. Outbound links can enhance value to your site by providing useful information to users without you having to create the content.

Inbound link: Links pointing to a website. When a user arrives at a website from another site, that link is called an Inbound Link.

An outgoing link is a link to your site to another site. outbound links can add value to your site by providing useful information to users without having to create content. It is difficult for a single site to be complete on this subject. At the same outbound links is a potential jumping off point for for users and also provide the PageRank of the target page.
