My website is 2 years old, still i don't have page rank. why?

If your website has back links from paid directory websites and from poor quality websites, Google will exclude them and doesn’t consider as back link. Submit your website to high quality directory websites which has a page rank above than 4+, then your PR will increase. It takes app. 1-3 months of time for google to update the PR

Page Rank can be calculated for collections of documents of any size. It is assumed in several research papers that the distribution is evenly divided between all documents in the collection at the beginning of the computational process.

Because you don't do build backlinks for your site. So you still don't have page rank for your site. Try to get relevant and quality backlinks; this can help you increase your page rank.

Because you don't do build backlinks. try to do its SEO by keywords.
