Hi,

* How valuable really are back links from .edu and .org websites, even if my website has 0 PR?

* Do the backlinks from those websites really help ?

The domains which have .edu and .gov are considered as trusted sites. It is worth having a backlink from .edu or .gov if they are relevant. The link value of a .edu or .gov site can be seen as a trusted site by Google. If the website have the PageRank really high, like PR5+ it make a huge difference for your website. It’s difficult to get a backlink from .gov and .edu, unless you a have a very unique content. Don’t purchase the link from them.

It has more value than .com and .net domains. Links from highly trusted sites are really worth.
